Hydrexia raises A$4.25M in Bridge Round Fundraising

13 May 2015: Hydrexia completed a bridge funding round of A$4.25M designed to take the company closer to full commercialization.

The two major shareholders in this bridge round are existing investors Air Liquide Venture Capital (ALIAD) and the Southern Cross Renewable Energy Fund, which is the largest venture capital fund dedicated to renewable energy in Australia supported by Southern Cross Ventures, Softbank China Venture Capital, and the Australian Renewable Energy Agency.

This funding will strengthen Hydrexia’s continued commercialization and sales of products and provides a platform from which to raise additional funding to move the Company into mass production.
